Environment

The Spa & Wellness Center strives to provide you with a tranquil environment from the moment you arrive to the time that you leave. For the relaxation and privacy of all of our guests, we ask that you speak quietly during your journey. Please refrain from the use of cell phones inside the spa. Our therapists are here to focus on you and your needs. They are prepared to answer any questions or concerns.
To preserve the tranquility of all spa guests, infants and children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

Appointments & Parties

Our number one policy at The Spa & Wellness Center is to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your spa experience. This will allow you the opportunity to unwind, sip some herbal tea & enjoy the full experience with your therapist. In order to reserve your scheduled appointment we require a valid credit card number at time of booking. We recommend reserving an appointment in advance in order to ensure availability.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your schedules service, and 48 hours in advance of multiple services and day packages. Any shorter notification will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service or package price.
We regret having to shorten any valuable time from your service due to lateness.

Gratuities

Service and gift certificate prices do not include gratuities. For your convenience, they may be added at time of purchase and are greatly appreciated.
Special Needs
We strive to make each and every one of your services absolutely perfect. Please feel free to inform us of your requests & suggestions. Our facility is handicap accessible. Please let us know of your special needs.

Event Planning

Our Spa Coordinator is prepared to enhance your experience with personalized flowers, food, beverages & décor. Party planners are available to help plan your next event, special occasion & spa party.  Great for Bridal Events, Showers, Girls Day In, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Milestones, Teen Parties, Retirement, Graduation…
